The third member of my Audrey Collection, I wanted to make a spicy, earthy blend - something dark that embodied the feel of the movie that inspired the name, Wait Until Dark. Using a breakfast black tea as a base, I added cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and chicory root to give this tea a full-bodied flavor, and used the orange peel and cacao nibs to soften the taste. This tea is a great nighttime tea to enjoy on a cold winter's night... Or anytime you want a tea with a little spice. I thoroughly enjoy this tea, and I hope you will too! This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.

*Directions - Use 1 tsp blend per 6oz of water; steep 3-5 minutes for green tea, 5-7 minutes for all other blends (or longer for an all-herbal blend)
