Just roll on the bottom of your feet and stay off them for 20 minutes - most people put them on as they get into bed for the night.

Sleep - Calming Blend (Lavender, Sweet Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Hawaiian Sandalwood, Vanilla Bean Absolute), Grounding Blend (Spruce Needle/Leaf, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile), and Vetiver - a wonderful, relaxing blend of scents designed to help your body and mind relax so you can sleep
Cold - Blend of Lemon, Melaleuca (tea tree), Oregano, Protective Blend*, and Frankincense
Focus - An intense blend of Orange and Peppermint to clarify the senses Each bottle contains a select blend of essential oils topped off with FCO (fractionated coconut oil).
*Protective Blend contains cinnamon - if you are allergic to cinnamon, I will substitute out with Thyme, another non-allergenic oil known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties.
