By far one of my most popular blends, this all-herbal 'tea' blend is meant to put you to sleep. Literally. Not because you are bored, but because the herbs are calming to the senses, and soothing to the body.
Chamomile, known for it's sleep-inducing properties, is blended with other herbs that are well-known for invoking relaxation: rosebuds, lavender, lemon balm, and elderberry (okay, the elderberry is not technically known for helping people to sleep, but I wanted a berry and this one just happens to be packed full of vitamins and minerals - so boost your immune system while you fall asleep!) Very aromatic and floral.
*If you are allergic to Ragweed, I now offer an option of this same blend without the chamomile.

Sample - makes approx 6-9 cups*
2oz Round Tin - makes approx 9-12 cups*
4oz Round Tin - makes approx 21-24 cups*
*Directions - Use 1 tsp blend per 6oz of water; steep 3-5 minutes for green tea, 5-7 minutes for all other blends (or longer for an all-herbal blend)
